Feel-Good Modern offers dancers the chance to connect more fully with their body and explore their relationship to gravity and floorwork, while emphasizing ease, expression, and joy! Class will begin with a follow-along warm-up sequence, then progress to floor work, standing exercises, and choreography. Class will conclude with a five to ten minute cool down + stretch. Open to dancers of all levels!
