Choreo Play is an exploratory workshop where dancers will experience Lydia’s dance composition process, without the commitment of a preparing for a performance. In this low-pressure environment, dancers are encouraged to take risks, explore the creative process, and ask questions, while connecting with their peers.

This edition of Choreo Play will focus on improvisation as a solo performer and within an ensemble. Exercises will focus on developing group awareness, personal expression, and working with different improvisation prompts. All are welcome at this creative dance workshop!
