The April Choreo Intensive offers dancers the chance to experience Lydia's dance composition & rehearsal process, with the option to perform in a dance film!

Over the course of the 6 sessions, participants will learn and rehearse a full dance, while exploring the creative process and connecting with their peers in a new way. Each session will start with a short warm-up, then Lydia will lead participants through various skill building & concept explorations (including partnering, improvisation, creating movement, and more), in addition to learning & rehearsing choreography. The 7th session will be spent filming the choreography, which Lydia will make into a mini dance film & share with participants. 

April 1 - April 22
Mondays 7:15 - 8:30pm + Wednesdays 7:45 - 9pm
Filming to take place on Monday, April 22 — 7 - 9pm [Extended Session; Location TBA]

Attend the entire session or drop in to individual sessions (class packages can be used). Those wishing to perform in the film should plan to attend at least 5 of 7 sessions (4 classes + filming date).

$100 for the full session / $20 to drop in
